    공사 기간: 2015년 11월 ~ 2016년 5월
    기존 실내, 외 수영장 및 부대시설은 평소와 같이 이용 가능합니다.
    일부 객실에서 공사현장이 보일 수 있으며,
    낮 일부 시간에 공사 소음이 들릴 수 있음을 안내해 드립니다.
    공사로 인하여 숨비 정원 산책로 이용에 불편을 드리는 점 양해 부탁드립니다.
  • 상기 요금은 2인 1실 기준 1박 요금 입니다.(세금, 봉사료 별도)
  • 요금은 호텔 사정으로 인하여 변동 될 수 있습니다.
  • 쾌적한 환경을 위해 전 객실 금연실로 운영합니다.
  • 호텔 체크인은 오후 2시, 체크 아웃은 11시 입니다.
  • 옵션 상품은 세금 봉사료 포함된 요금입니다.
  • 예약 취소 및 변경시 숙박 예정일 7일 전 24시까지는 위약금이 없습니다.
  • 숙박 예정일 6일 전 ~ 숙박 예정일 1일 전 취소하실 경우 총 숙박요금의 20%,
    숙박 예정일 당일 취소(No Show 포함)하실 경우 총 숙박요금의 80%가 위약금으로 부과됩니다.
  • Cancellation refund policy

    • Booking Cancellation/Amendment and No-Show

      Peak season(May to Oct. and Dec. 24 to Dec. 31)

      - Cancellations/Amendments are accepted without penalty until 7 days prior to the scheduled check-in date.
      - The penalty is charged at 20% of the room rate for the first night from six days until one day  prior to the scheduled check-in date.
      - If a cancellation/amendment occurs after 18:00 on the day prior to scheduled check-in,  or in the event of a no-show, the penalty is charged at 80% of the room rate for the first night.

      Off-season(off-peak periods)

      - Cancellations/Amendments are accepted without penalty until 18:00 on the day  prior to the scheduled check-in date.
      - If a cancellation/amendment occurs after 18:00 on the day prior to scheduled check-in, or in the event of a no-show, the penalty is charged at 10% of the room rate for the first night.
